Virtual tour: how much has changed since your day...?

On 25 May 2021 we gave alumni exclusive access to the School site during our Virtual Tour event - with Development Manager Louise Barnes, herself a former student, walking alumni around the fantastic new buildings and developments that have recently taken place at the School, in addition to re-visiting more familiar areas! The tour was preceded by an introduction by Head Amber Waite, who updated guests on what life is like for students at STAHS today. You can watch the full tour here.

Careers webinars

Each week one of our alumni joins us to discuss their career at a lunchtime webinar held for Sixth Formers. If you would like to share your career know-how with our Sixth Formers, we would love to hear from you - please email us.

Twilight Talks

Introducing our new series of evening lectures, where we shine the spotlight on alumni in particularly thought-provoking, unique and challenging careers.

Our first event featured Dr Alex Battersby (2000), who candidly shared her experiences as a Consultant Paediatrician in the NHS. On 24 February we welcomed Louise Radnofsky (2000) who discussed her fascinating career as a senior journalist and her current role at the Wall Street Journal. On 22 March we welcomed Joanna McGahon (1987), award-winning international opera singer, who discussed her career as a classical musician - and treated us to some amazing performances of her favourite arias!
