Louise Saunders Estate Agents, founded and run by alumna Louise Saunders, has been one of St Albans’ leading estate agents since April 2009. However, after 12 years, Louise decided that it was time for the brand to have a refresh. 

Louise said: 'I love my brand but it was looking a bit dated and needed a refresh; I needed someone to take my brand to the next level.'

Step forward alumna Michelle Stacey who, in mid-2020, set up Midnight Blue. In setting up her company, Michelle wanted to work with local business owners to help them grow their companies through brand strategy and beautiful design. 

Michelle said: 'The result is an amazing evolution of Louise's brand with a new website, collateral and boards which are now visible around St Albans.'

Louise said: 'Midnight Blue made it happen, the initial strategy with Michelle helped us to define our brand values and exactly who we are targeting, and we are so pleased with the final result.' 

2021 was a big year for both Midnight Blue and Louise Saunders each picking up two Gold Awards in their respective fields at the St Albans Chamber Community Business Awards 2021 and the Best Estate Agents Guide 2021/2022 respectively.
