BOOK YOUR PLACE HERE.

All alumni and former staff are warmly welcome to join us at the Lady Rosalind Runcie Memorial Fund Masterclass and Recital to be held in the Jubilee Hall at STAHS on Wednesday 1 February.

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £5 for concessions (under 18s), and free for SAS/STAHS staff and pupils. The ticket price includes the Masterclass, Concert, and refreshments after the Masterclass.

In this special anniversary year, the focus of the event will be on the piano as an ensemble instrument. We are very grateful to Coach House Pianos for their sponsorship and loan of four grand pianos. We are delighted that this year’s Masterclass (17.00) will be hosted by the internationallyrenowned pianists and professional duet partners Berendina Cook MBE & Matthew Stanley, who will also give a short recital at 19.00, with repertoire ranging from Beethoven to Richard Rodney Bennett. Leading piano pupils have been selected from both St Albans School and St Albans High School for Girls to take part in the masterclass, with a particular focus on Mozart's Concerto for Two Pianos (K.365).

Tickets and all further information can be found here.
