We were delighted to hold our long-awaited OWLs lunch, for old girls and retired members of staff, on a lovely spring day on 28 March 2022.

After catching up over coffee, guests joined a tour of the School which included the brand new Sixth Form and Dining Room building, in addition to some of the old haunts that guests remembered fondly from their time at the High School.

Lunch was followed by a talk by Jonathan Marshall, Assistant Head (Academic Development) who updated guests on the School's recent developments and gave guests a flavour of School life for today's staff and students. This was followed by contributions from two Year 8 students who are part of the new Scholars' programme.

This was the first time the OWLs lunch has been held since 2019 due to Covid restrictions and it was wonderful to see so many former staff and old girls able to meet up in person again. We look forward to seeing our OWLs again at next year's event, which will be held in spring 2023.
